Breathe Deep

Join me weekly to experience breathwork that calms your mind and lifts your spirit.

Welcome — I’m Glad You’re Here

Hello, and thank you so much for finding your way here.

I’ve been facilitating breathwork for over five years now, and it has given my life a depth of meaning I didn’t know was possible. While I deeply love working with people in person, what excites me most about this chapter is the ability to offer breathwork online—to meet people exactly where they are, anywhere in the world.

There are only so many people I can serve in the same room.
But breath doesn’t need a room.
It just needs willingness.

And that’s where the future of my work lives.

My Story — Why This Work Is Personal

My path to breathwork didn’t begin in peace—it began in pain.

I’m a child of divorce.
I experienced sexual trauma at a young age that left me carrying anger I didn’t yet have language for. For a long time, I wanted to burn the world down with feelings I didn’t understand.

At the same time, I was walking a spiritual path that taught me beauty, meaning, and possibility. I was deeply in love with someone who didn’t love me back. I was searching—everywhere—for something to make me whole.

When I was 16, I attended a Tony Robbins seminar. It changed everything. I felt powerful for the first time. I “got the girl,” moved to Los Angeles, and believed I was finally ready for greatness.

But my deepest reckoning hadn’t arrived yet.

Unhealed trauma has a way of resurfacing. Mine showed up through self-betrayal, shame, and choices rooted in self-hatred rather than self-love. I lost the relationship. I lost my sense of self. I lost everything I thought I was building.

I moved home and attended Date With Destiny, where I made a vow—not to win someone back, but to become a man I could respect.

I grew. I shifted. I healed.
And eventually, love returned—not just from another person, but from myself.

Finding Breathwork — and Coming Home

We later built a beautiful life together in Santa Monica. It was there that I first discovered breathwork. Something in my body recognized it immediately. I knew—deep down—this was work I was meant to do.

Life, however, took a few more turns. We moved to Portland, opened a food cart, and chased dreams in the culinary world. Somewhere along the way, I lost touch with my body again.

Then I reconnected with the man who had first introduced me to breathwork, JonPaul Crimi. That reconnection changed my life.

I sold my food cart, bought a ticket to his certification program, and committed fully to this path.

The Work I Do Now

After five years of facilitating breathwork, I can say—without hesitation—it is the most fulfilling work I’ve ever done.

I’ve watched people reconnect with parts of themselves they thought were gone.
I’ve seen tears fall, shoulders soften, breath return.
I’ve seen people smile in ways they hadn’t in years.

Breathwork doesn’t fix you.
It reminds you that you were never broken.

If my story resonates with you, there’s a reason.
If you’re here, something in you already knows.

I’m sending you love through this screen,
and I hope to breathe with you soon.
